Genshin Impact’s 2.6 update introduced a wealth of new content including The Chasm, a new explorable area rich in rewards, and two new Artifact sets exclusive to the area. Genshin Impact\’s Chasm is home to a new Domain, The Lost Valley, which adds two new Artifact sets: Echoes of an Offering and Vermillion Hereafter. It’s no coincidence that Echoes of an Offering was added to Genshin Impact at the same time as Kamisato Ayato. The newly added Artifact set is the best choice for Ayato, especially when paired with his signature weapon Haran Geppaku Futsu.
While the 5-star Haran Geppaku Futsu sword is Ayato’s signature weapon, many Genshin Impact players consider weapon Banners not worth the money, instead opting to save their Wishes for limited-time character Banners. Genshin Impact’s Artifacts, however, can be farmed at no cost to the player, although the Original Resin required to collect Domain rewards is a scarce resource that passively recharges over time. Higher rarity artifacts are harder to obtain, with players having to repeatedly run Domain challenges until they receive the Artifacts they desire.
The Lost Valley’s Echoes of an Offering is an attack-boosting Artifact set. Characters with two Echoes of an Offering Artifacts equipped will get an 18% ATK buff. Genshin Impact characters with four pieces of Echoes of an Offering equipped will receive have a 36% chance of triggering Valley Rite when Normal Attacks hit opponents. If triggered, Valley Rite increases Normal Attack DMG by 70%. If Valley Rite isn’t triggered, the odds of it triggering the next time will increase by 20%.
Echoes Of An Offering Is Made For Genshin Impact\’s Kamisato Ayato
Aside from the newly added Kamisato Ayato, Echoes of an Offering can be used to buff the ATK stats of other Main or Sub-DPS characters that primarily use Normal Attacks to deal damage:
Yoimiya is a 5-star Pyro DPS whose Elemental Skill, Niwabi-Fire Dance, infuses her Normal Attacks with Pyro while she auto-targets enemies with her Bow.Tartaglia (Childe) is a 5-star Hydro Main or Sub-DPS who wields a Bow but can also switch to a melee weapon.Xiangling is the strongest DPS of Genshin Impact’s free characters. Although Echoes of an Offering can boost Xiangling’s Normal Attack, players may prefer Artifacts that increase her Pyro DMG or Energy Recharge.
Most Genshin Impact players farming Echoes of an Offering will be planning to use it on Kamisato Ayato, especially if they have his signature weapon. However, the attack-boosting Artifact set can be used universally to increase DPS characters’ Normal Attack damage. The two-piece Echoes of an Offering set can be used to grant any character an 18% ATK buff, making it interchangeable with the Gladiator’s Finale two-piece set which grants the same buff. The Echoes of an Offering four-piece set should be reserved for Genshin Impact characters whose main source of dealing damage is their Normal Attack, like Pyro DPS Yoimiya.
