Genshin Impact version 3.0 is fast approaching, bringing with it the Dendro nation of Sumeru, home to Dendro Statues of the Seven which require leafy, green Dendroculi to level up. Thanks to Genshin Impact\’s 3.0 beta test, leaks have revealed what a Dendroculus will look like and it perfectly represents the Land of Verdure. Genshin Impact\’s protagonist, the Traveler, can interact with a Statue of the Seven to attune themself with the region\’s element and it\’s anticipated that the Traveler will be able to resonate with Dendro statues once Sumeru becomes explorable.
Genshin Impact players have long waited for the arrival of Sumeru, as the region promises to introduce the game\’s first Dendro playable characters. At launch, Genshin Impact offered playable characters attuned to every element except Dendro, with players waiting close to two years before Sumeru becomes explorable. Due to the recent version 3.0 beta test, details about Sumeru and Genshin Impact\’s first Dendro playable characters have been leaked, further building excitement for the update\’s release next month.

Like all Statues of the Seven in Genshin Impact, Sumeru\’s statues can be leveled up using a specific oculus found only in the region. Similar to other oculi that preceded it, a Dendroculus is an orb of Dendro elemental energy which can be offered to Statues of the Seven in Sumeru. For leveling up Sumeru\’s statues, Genshin Impact players will receive rewards, up to a max level of 10. Players will have to explore Sumeru thoroughly to collect all of the available Dendroculi. Currently, for every explorable region in Genshin Impact, players can craft an Oculus Resonance Stone which aids them in locating oculi. Hopefully, Genshin Impact will add a Dendroculus Resonance Stone that\’s craftable from version 3.0 onwards.
Genshin Impact 3.0 Leaks: What Sumeru\’s Dendroculi Look Like
Thanks to reputable Genshin Impact leakers like genshinBLANK, the appearance of Sumeru\’s Statue of the Seven offerings is now known. In the center of the Dendroculus design is a Dendro vision, featuring the leafy heart symbol that represents Genshin Impact\’s Dendro element. Wrapped around the vision are two leaves, similar to the leaves summoned by Dendro Samachurls, one of the few Dendro enemies in the game currently. As soon as the Dendroculus\’ appearance was shared on social media, Genshin Impact players were quick to make memes about the new oculus\’ striking resemblance to a cabbage.
Genshin Impact\’s 3.0 update promises a wealth of new content, including the new explorable region of Sumeru and the game\’s first Dendro playable characters. Travelers will be expected to explore the new region to locate Dendroculi to offer to Statues of the Seven. Although the rewards for leveling up Sumeru\’s Statues of the Seven are not yet known, they\’ll undoubtedly be plentiful and include some of Genshin Impact\’s most valuable resources, as well as brand-new items exclusive to Sumeru. Locating the leaf-green Dendroculi amid Sumeru\’s lush, green rainforests will be no easy feat, especially as Sumeru could be Genshin Impact\’s largest region to date but hopefully, a Dendroculi Resonance Stone will aid players in their task.
