Shenhe is the newest 5-Star character in Genshin Impact, and understanding her Constellations is an important part of building her. While most players will be lucky to end up with one copy of Shenhe, those who manage to pull her multiple times will want to know what her Constellations do and how they change her gameplay.
Players can view a character’s Constellations from their character profile. However, these Constellations can be confusing without a more straightforward explanation. Additionally, how a character is built and their roles can change depending on how many Constellations they have. Here’s a guide for all of Shenhe’s Constellations and what they actually do.
Players can obtain a Constellation for a character by obtaining them through Wishes in Genshin Impact more than one time. Each character has a total of six Constellations, which means players need seven copies of a character to complete all their Constellations. Once a Constellation is obtained, players simply need to open the given character’s profile and go to the Constellation tab.
Shenhe’s Constellation Guide in Genshin Impact
Here are all of Shenhe’s Constellations and how they work:
Constellation Level 1 – Clarity of Heart
Spring Spirit Summoning can be used one more time. This means that Shenhe can use her Elemental Skill twice before the cooldown resets, allowing players to rush back and forth between enemies rather than just through them once.
Constellation Level 2 – Centered Spirit
Divine Maiden’s Deliverance lasts for six seconds longer. In addition, active characters within the skill’s field deal 15 percent increased Cryo Critical Hit Damage. This ability makes Shenhe’s Elemental Burst last longer and increases all damage dealt by any character within the Elemental Bursts field.
Constellation Level 3 – Seclusion
Increases the level of Spring Spirit Summoning by 3. The maximum upgrade level is 15. This constellation significantly increases the strength of Shenhe’s Elemental Skill.
Constellation Level 4 – Insight
When characters under the effect of Icy Quill applied by Shenhe trigger its Damage Bonus effects, Shenhe will gain a Skyfrost Mantra stack: When Shenhe uses Spring Spirit Summoning, she will consume all stacks of Skyfrost Mantra, increasing the Damage of that Spring Spirit Summoning by 5 percent for each stack consumed. This has a max of 50 stacks and lasts for 60 seconds. This ability allows Shenhe to significantly increase the damage done by using her Elemental Skill, making her more feasible as a Sub-DPS unit rather than just a support.
Constellation Level 5 – Divine Attainment
Increases the level of Divine Maiden’s Deliverance by 3. The maximum upgrade level is 15. This dramatically increases the damage dealt by Shenhe’s Elemental Burst. In combination with Shenhe’s C4, this constellation further increases her feasibility for a Sub-DPS or primary damage dealer in Genshin Impact.
Constellation Level 6 – Mystical Abandon
When characters trigger Icy Quill’s effects using Normal and Charged Attack Damage, no Icy Quill stacks will be used up. This lets Shenhe enable characters to deal increased damage consistently rather than having to build this ability up over time.
