Genshin Impact\’s Version 2.6 update introduced a new type of Weapon Material: Statuettes. These come in three different rarities: the Gloomy Statuette (green), Dark Statuette (blue), and Deathly Statuette (purple). Players will need to seek out and defeat specific enemies in order to collect this specific material.
As of Genshin Impact\’s patch 2.6, the Statuette materials are only used to upgrade one weapon. This is Kamisato Ayato\’s Featured weapon, the sword Haran Gepakku Futsu. However, more weapons added in Genshin Impact\’s future will definitely need this material to be upgraded, so farming these materials should not be overlooked.
There are currently only a limited number of enemies that can drop Statuettes in Genshin Impact. While it is likely that more will be added in Sumeru, the number of enemies to farm is small. Players are going to have to travel to the areas of Enkanonmiya and the newly released Chasm in order to collect Statuettes.
Enemies That Drop Statuettes In Genshin Impact
The first type of enemies that drop Statuettes in Genshin Impact is the Abyss Heralds and Abyss Lectors. Players can find these enemies in Enkanomiya, in specific areas where they will respawn after being defeated. Three of these enemies can be found in the Serpent\’s Heart area of Enkanomiya, and another in the Dainichi Mikoshi. These can be tough enemies to deal with if players do not use Elements best against their shields, so players should come prepared when fighting these enemies. Abyss Heralds and Lectors can also drop the same materials as Abyss Mages, so they may not drop Statuettes every time they are defeated.
The second type of enemy that drops the Statuettes are referred to as The Black Serpents, and these enemies can be tracked via the Adventure Tome if players have already encountered them. These enemies are found in the Chasm: Underground Mines, scattered all over the zone. The Statuettes are the only material in this enemy\’s loot table, so players should expect at least these to drop every time one of them is defeated. The Black Serpents in the Chasm are also needed for the Orbs of Blue Depths in Genshin Impact, each unique one drops an Orb, and all nine are needed to open a treasure room in the Chasm, which is another reason to farm these enemies.
While the number of enemies to farm is limited, Statuettes are undoubtedly going to be needed to upgrade weapons in the future, so these enemies should be farmed to save having to grind for a new weapon in the future. The inevitable release of Sumeru is likely going to add a new load of weapons to the game, so it\’s best to be prepared. Even though the enemies that drop Statuettes can be challenging, the drop rates for the Statuettes are not stingy, so it is definitely worth the time to farm them in Genshin Impact.
