Why aren’t there more video games targeted to women, where solving riddles and exploring is emphasized instead of killing/battling and other war-like scenarios?

Probably you meant “Why aren’t there more video games on consoles or PC that targets for women”, since that kind of games (a.k.a games for girls/women) were mostly available on mobile platforms, ranging from puzzle matching games, simulation games, rhythm games, to even dress-up games.

But TBH, most girls/women that I know prefers playing simulation or social-based games instead of adventure, like The Sims, or Animal Crossing. Some of them were also playing RPGs like Genshin Impact, but that’s mostly due to the characters (some of them were dandy-looking male characters, while the others are cute boys/girls), and not for the gameplay.
